What We Handle
Network Infrastructure
We design and install the network at your new office — switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and structured cabling. Whether it's a serviced office with existing infrastructure or a bare shell that needs everything from scratch, we get it set up and tested before move day.
Internet & Connectivity
We coordinate with your ISP to ensure internet is live at the new office before you arrive. If you need a new provider, we source quotes, manage the installation, and configure the connection. No one sits around on day one waiting for broadband.
Device Setup & Moves
Laptops, monitors, printers, phones — we make sure every device is set up and working at the new location. If you're using the move as a chance to refresh hardware, we handle procurement, imaging, and deployment at the same time.
Phone System & Comms
If you're on a traditional phone system, we coordinate the move or upgrade to Teams Phone. If you're already on VoIP, we make sure it works at the new location. Either way, your phones ring on day one.
Printers, AV & Meeting Rooms
Printers configured and on the network. Meeting room screens, cameras, and speakers installed and working with Teams. Presentation setups tested. The details that get forgotten in a move — we don't forget them.

Yes. Serviced offices come with basic infrastructure, but you'll still need your own Wi-Fi configuration, device setup, printer networking, and phone system. We make sure your technology works within the building's setup.
We handle the IT equipment — packing, moving, and reconnecting laptops, monitors, printers, and network gear. For furniture and general office contents, you'll need a removal company, but we coordinate with them on timing.
A move is the perfect time to refresh hardware. We can procure new laptops, monitors, and network equipment, set everything up at the new office in advance, and have it waiting for your team when they arrive. Old equipment gets securely wiped and recycled.
Our goal is zero downtime. We pre-install and test the network at the new office before the move. If your team works on laptops with cloud-based tools like Microsoft 365, they can work from home on the move day if needed. For most businesses, the switch is seamless.
