Why We Started
The IT industry has a problem. Too many providers hide behind jargon, lock businesses into long contracts, and sell add-ons that nobody asked for or needs. Small businesses end up overpaying for support that still doesn't pick up the phone when something breaks.
We saw it first-hand. Clients being overcharged for services they didn't understand. Mainstream providers treating small businesses like an afterthought. Poor service dressed up in technical language so nobody would question the bill.
Senri exists because that's not good enough. We built the kind of IT partner we wish existed: one that speaks plainly, charges fairly, and actually cares whether your technology is helping you grow or just costing you money.

Our practices follow the UK National Cyber Security Centre's recommendations for small business security, including their 10 Steps to Cyber Security framework.
Regular Patching & Updates
We maintain a consistent patching schedule across all managed devices and services. Critical security updates are applied within 48 hours of release.
Encrypted Backups with Tested Recovery
All backups are encrypted at rest and in transit, with recovery procedures tested regularly. When something goes wrong, we know the backups actually work.
Working Toward Cyber Essentials Plus
We are actively working toward Cyber Essentials Plus certification, the UK government-backed scheme that demonstrates a commitment to protecting against the most common cyber threats.
The Team
Senri was founded by Ethan Fernandes, a Senior IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer who spent over a decade managing environments with 1,000+ users and 500+ devices before deciding to do things his own way.
After years of watching small businesses get overcharged and underserved by the big providers, Ethan built Senri to be the opposite: a team that treats every client like they matter, because they do. The experience behind Senri comes from real production work across infrastructure, Microsoft 365 security, AI automation, and enterprise platforms.
Today the team brings together specialists across IT support, AI automation, web development, and cybersecurity. The goal is simple: give small businesses the kind of tech team that used to be reserved for companies ten times their size.
