Time & pricing
Most smart home visits take 1–3 hours depending on the number of devices. We give you a personalised quote, travel included, before anything is booked, so you always know the cost upfront. Visits are available 7 days a week, 8am–9pm.
Smart Home: common questions
Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home and Home Assistant, plus the popular device brands like Ring, Nest, Hive, Philips Hue, Tado and Eufy. We'll help you choose a platform if you haven't yet.
We handle everything on the network and app side, plus plug-in and battery devices. If a device needs hard-wiring, such as some doorbells or lighting switches, we'll arrange a qualified electrician.
They can be, if set up properly. We change default passwords, turn on two-factor authentication, keep firmware updated and put smart devices on a separate network from your computers and phones.
