Time & pricing
Most computer visits take 1–2 hours. We give you a personalised quote, travel included, before anything is booked, so you always know the cost upfront. Visits are available 7 days a week, 8am–9pm.

Yes. We support Windows PCs and laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, iPads and iPhones. If a hardware fault needs a part or specialist repair, we'll tell you upfront and arrange it for you.
Yes. We transfer documents, photos, emails, bookmarks and passwords, install the apps you use, and check everything works before we leave. You keep your old machine until you're happy.
Often, yes. Many software problems, such as slow performance, email issues and pop-ups, can be fixed remotely the same day anywhere in the UK. We'll tell you when a visit is genuinely needed.
